The Big Board

Command an army by voice. The enemy AI is listening. You give orders out loud, your squads follow them, and the opposing commander, an AI, hears what you say and plans against it.
Live-generated games
We call our games live-generated, or live-gen. The game is made while you play: the AI writes the opponent's plan, the characters' replies or the level in front of you. Ordinary game code still runs the rules, so the AI can't break the game.
About Kyle Smith
Kyle has made games for more than 20 years. He created EA Playground for the Nintendo Wii and founded the game company TreasureHunt.
Using our name and mark

Write Background World, or BGW for short. We're a lab, not a studio. Use the mark as supplied: don't recolour it, outline it or centre the inner circle. You may use the images in the kit when you write about Background World.
